Our classic Krimpet gets a monstrous makeover! These Franken-Krimpets are electrifying and extra delicious. Create this Halloween recipe with your whole family, no mad scientist experience necessary!

Ingredients

  • 12 Tastykake Krimpets

  • Green candy melts

  • Brown candy melts

  • Candy Eyes

  • Pretzel sticks

  • Lollipop sticks

  • Green sprinkles

 
 

Follow these steps:

  1. Heat green candy melts according to package directions.

  2. Dip one end of a lollipop stick into the melted candy and insert the stick into the end of each Krimpet.

  3. Place the Krimpets on a tray and refrigerate for 10 min.

  4. Remove from the fridge and thoroughly coat each Krimpet with the green candy melt and shake off the excess.

  5. Before the coating fully sets, add candy eyes.

  6. Break the pretzel sticks into small pieces and press two into each side of the Krimpets to align with the eyes.

  7. Add green sprinkles to the top left and bottom right corners of the Krimpets.

  8. Heat brown candy melts according to package directions.

  9. Place the brown melted candy into a piping bag and add hair and a smile.
