Lemon Kandy Kake Cheesecake Cups
- Lemon Kandy Kakes
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Confectionary Sugar
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 Jar of Lemon Curd
- Whipped Cream to top
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and whipping cream into large mixing bowl for the "cheesecake" filling.
- In a small jar or cup, break up Lemon Kandy Kake to form the bottom layer, or the "crust."
- Layer on about two spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture and one spoonful of lemon curd.
- Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
