Mini Peach Sweet Roll Cobbler
3-4 Peach Sweet Roll
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3oz of Water
1 Tbsp White Sugar
Cut rings out of the center of each swiss roll.
Save for later.
Dice peach and sweet roll centers. Mix with sugar
and water in a mixing bowl.
Place sweet rolls on a baking sheet and fill centers with peach mixture. Top with a dash of cinnamon.
Bake at 350° until golden brown.
Let cool, serve and enjoy.
Top with ice cream or whip cream!
