Donation and Sponsorship Inquiries
Donation Request Policy and Guidelines:
Tasty Baking Company is asked to support many worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. While we make every effort to support as many requests as possible, due to the number of requests received, we are simply unable to accommodate all of them. Therefore, we have instituted guidelines for product donations.
While we are pleased for the opportunity to review your request, our corporate giving primarily focuses on two areas of charitable support:
- US Military
- Well-being of children
If your organization would like to submit a charitable donation request we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines: NOTE* Donations are limited to Tastykake products.
Product donation requests must be sent to DonationRequest@tastykake.com
Requests for Donations should include:
- Primary contact name, email address and telephone number
- Date of event
- Short description of the organization and its purpose
- Proof of 501 (c) (3) non-profit status
- A list of Tasty Baking Company employees who currently volunteer for your organization
- List of sponsorship benefits, i.e. presence of ad, logo, or banner
- Requests that are missing necessary information will not be reviewed
Tasty Baking Company reserves the right to accept or deny any donation/sponsorship request on a case-to-case basis.
DUE TO THE VOLUME OF REQUESTS, YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL BE CONTACTED WITH IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS ONLY IF YOUR REQUEST IS COMPLETE AND IS ABLE TO BE FULFILLED.
A decision to deny a request does not imply or suggest that the applicant's request is not needed or worthy, but simply that available support has already been allocated to other causes.
