Can I get nutritional information on Tastykake products?
Yes, we have added nutritional information on all our products in the Product Info section of the website. In the section, click on the type of product you are interested in from the choices on the left, select the variety, and choose “Nutrition and Ingredient Information” link below that product.
Do you offer Bakery tours?
To protect our valued consumers, unfortunately we do not offer Bakery tours.
Why can't I get overnight delivery on my TastyShop order?
We produce our top selling items everyday, but do not produce every product everyday. When a product is available, you are now able to select “overnight delivery” as a shipping option at checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
We have recently improved our checkout process for TastyShop. Now, when you place an order, our system will automatically calculate your shipping charges. These charges are dependent on where you are shipping the product, and the weight of the order. These charges are determined by our partner, UPS.
How long do your products stay fresh?
All of our cake products have a 21 day shelf life, our Donuts have a 10 day shelf life, and our Pies have an 8 day shelf life.
Can I order the boxes that are sold in the grocery store from TastyShop?
Yes, you can order these, but they must be sold in case quantities. To see all of the choices that are available and the costs, visit our Tasty Cases page in the TastyShop.
